His passion for plant-wide process optimization began at Freeport’s copper and gold mine in Arizona, with projects in bioleaching and sulfur readdition.
With a strong passion for metallurgy, Jibin has worked for three multinational mining supply companies, where he built mining sales markets from the ground up — first in North America and then internationally.
